A Delegation of The Technical Team from Chint Group Visited Haiyan for Investigation and Exchange.

On October 14th, 2024, leaders in technology and quality from Chint Group's Instrument Company, the technical team of the Circuit Breaker Company, and members of the technical team of the Shanghai Research Institute visited Haiyan for investigation and exchange. Combining with Chint's research and development layout of circuit breaker products in recent years, they sought the integration of busbar technology in products between metering boxes and electrical components.

During the talks, General Manager Zhu noted that Haiyan's integrated metering box products feature novel designs that subvert the industry model. Currently, there are some safety issues in the national metering box industry. In terms of cost, General Manager Zhu also learned about the comparison of manufacturing cost inputs between busbar - type metering boxes and wire - type metering boxes. He said that in the initial stage of research and development, relatively little consideration may be given to cost - control factors. However, factors such as cost control after mass production of the product have a significant impact on whether the product can quickly capture the market. In terms of metering box technical specifications, by installing metering monitoring points within the busbar and coordinating with intelligent circuit breakers, the safety of metering box usage can be ensured.
